RECRUIT TRAINING
New Training Platoon starts March 24, 2012 at 8:30am

EVENTS AND NEWS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL 216.373.1410
* Recruits who have not been sized for a uniform will be measured on their
first drill weekend.
* Uniforms and guide books are not disbursed until paid in full.
The following items have a replacement cost if lost.
$5.00 Book
$1.00 Boot Bands per set
$5.00 Cover
$7.00 Belt/buckle
RECRUIT GRADUATION DRILL WEEKEND SOP
WHEN: Saturday at 1400 hours (that’s 2pm).
Please arrive in time to be seated before the ceremony begins.
1. Posting of colors
2. Opening Remarks (Commanding Officer)
3. Honor Recruit will be chosen: Based on totality of testing scores, attendance, participation,
attitude and more.
4. Promotion of Private First Classes (based on 1 recruit per every 10 recruits. (Starting total of boot
platoon)
5. Graduation of the entire platoon
6. Closing remarks followed by families, Young Marines, cake and beverage.
PHOTOGRAPHS - PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND PRINT PICTURE
ORDER FORM HERE
If you are interested in a photo package of your new Young Marines, the photographer will come in
to take them.
WHEN: Sunday at 1000 hours (that’s 10 a.m.) bring grandma, grandpa, mom, and dad… your
dog and get it done. Forms for the packages will be available on Saturday at drill.

- Drills are from 8:30 to 3:30
- Bring lunch or $2.00 to buy
- Bring $5.00 until patches all have been sewn on.
